War of Despair is a Free to Play Text-Based RPG. The game is split into Good VS. Evil and depending on which one you choose may decide on part of your gameplay such as Guilds and Guild Wars. In the game you can talk in public chat to everyone who is online (Good and Evil Players) as you play. We have a friendly community and helpful Mods. There are tons to do, you can Battle/Travel/Quest/Chat/Find Rare Drops/Upgrade($) plus more to come.

Game Universe

War of Despair is set in a fantasy/medieval time with Good and Evil factions, mythical creatures and swords/armor.

Game Goals

To further develop the game and add new/big features which will greatly enhance game play. Also, to bring in more players to enjoy my creation after a successful launch bringing in over 100 people so far.

Development

For a long time, I myself have been a player of many online text and 3D RPGs. Over the years I have become more determined to one day make my own, which is when I started to learn programming languages such as PHP/HTML/CSS/JS/XML/SQL etc. So after feeling confident with my programming skills I started to design and create my own game and took 5 weeks to get it to a playable stage which is when I released my game. I am constantly adding updates when I get free time and love to help out with any questions and problems.

I have always enjoyed playing text games, so eventually after learning the programming languages I came about designing and creating my own.
