Game Universe
The games on Arcane Journeys are set in a variety of locations. Some favorites are post-apocalyptic deserts and ruins, and outer space.
Game Goals
To present interesting and unique takes on games and game design in a time when much more attention is given to appearance and flash. And to entertain a certain percentage of the population while doing so.
Development
I used the skills I developed while working as a professional game designer to design and build Arcane Journeys. Initially it took me about a month to put together, but creating and refining the 13 games on it has taken me about nine years so far.
Developer's story
After working as a professional game designer, and inventing Majesty, the Fantasy Kingdom Sim, I decided to put up a website of my own where I could experiment with design ideas as they came to me.
The games on Arcane Journeys are set in a variety of locations. Some favorites are post-apocalyptic deserts and ruins, and outer space.
