It is the year 2310. Three hundred years after the International Bear Market Massacre of the stock exchange, $56 trillion and 19 bailouts later, Earth’s society has undergone two ground-crumbling revolutions, and the state of the world is that which has barely survived the EcoFallout.
The United States has fallen violently as a superpower and is forced to rebuild itself from nearly nothing. There is no Republican or Democratic Party, but only the new world order of Eco and Fallout. Everything is segmented, with the two factions tensely prevailing and those still trying to remain neutral caught in the clash.
Now, the world is a curious but dangerous, risky but lucrative place with surprises around every turn. Global cataclysmic ecological events pop up like summer showers, as well as some astoundingly absurd crises which come as a consequence of rash stunts from both factions. The citizens of the EcoFallout World must work together, or separately, to right the world back to its former glory of the Green Age.
Factions have taken over entire towns and a growing number of coalitions of both the Eco and Fallout factions are gaining money, influence, and real estate in a vigorous power struggle. Disorder, forced by carefully organized order, has erupted throughout the world.
Nevertheless, the planet is in the most exciting stage of its existence. Each individual citizen of the EcoFallout World has the ability to explore, thrive, and make the world how they want it to be.
Citizens are claiming their own bases of operations and developing them into the estates or powerhouses of their desires before combating other bases to gain dominance and wealth over their foes. Location is important as rivals can target each other from anywhere in the world. Individuals are grouping together and forming Cease-Fire Defensive Pacts, though these will likely be short lived. It is only a matter of time before true Coalitions form to vie for control of the many abandoned towns across the world.

EcoFallout is a web-based game set in a future world where global warming has mangled the very ecological fabric of the Earth. Two factions, the pro-eco (Eco) and the anti-eco (Fallout) battle it out for global domination, and for the top ranks on the leader-boards. Gameplay includes fighting, mining, crafting, events, and base combat. After initial testing we will be working on adding minigames and coalitions to the mix. There are guides available under the gameplay forum that will provide you with more specifics on gameplay. Now then, you must remember that even though we are Game Masters of EcoFallout, we are still but mere mortals and in some cases our game art may strike you as more of a Picasso than a Rembrandt, but we hope the wit we have tried to build into many aspects of both the art and the gameplay will keep you smirking every now and then and that it will also help you to pleasantly kill some of the never-ending time that is your life.
