Game Universe

Coaches control their team from their office screen. All team functions can be controlled by clicking on different items in your office. We use a real US map for travelling to find recruits or scout games.

Game Goals

This is a constantly evolving project. We plan to add new features often. We hope to eventually have multiple game worlds which could support around 2500 coaches each.

Development

Pigskin Empire has been in development for over 5 years. It started as a stand alone, single player football sim and eventually we created a web front and turned it into an MMO game. We launched the Beta June 1st of 2009 and had almost 1500 players sign up in that first month.

Developer's story

Steve and Aaron Smith are brothers from Louisville who started working together on Pigskin Empire about a year ago. Steve is the lead programmer and Aaron handles all graphic and design duties. They created another game several years ago called Rock Conquest which had over 50,000 players.
