    I played this game for 3 years, then I took a long break. The game is a bit addictive, and time consuming. What I missed was the sense of community. People in the game tend to get to know each other a little. Mostly, once you are in a system and alliance, you bond with your "mates". I think that the wars draw people together. The game is not for everyone....if you are super busy with work or school, and you don't really have free time, then try magerealms. That is another online worlds game, which I play. Galaxiesablaze is the best text based MPG (multiplayer game) that I have found. The code was extremely well written, and the administrators are fair, and care about the game, and about the players. Give it a try if you want. But yeah, school and work come first.
