You start off at level one and make your wat to the top, by killing, back-stabbing and mugging people; friends or enimes. Once you reach the top defend it with ur life as others will do the exact same to you to to become the number one killer and rule the disturbed city. So remember: kill your friends quick, and kill your enimies quicker...
