Decent concept for a card based game. The directional defence/ offence turn based card placement gives the game a nice amount of both luck and strategy. Once you get a few cards and are building a deck, it can be quite fun. Magic cards and abilities mix things up a bit as well. New cards are released often. There is also the ability to 'merge' cards, where you get a certain amount of a card, or different cards, and merge them into a more powerful card. That sounds like fun! But: The ONLY way to get cards is either just to stay online all the time, and wait for a 'free roll'. This happens on average about every twenty minutes, and a random online user is given a free card. Apart from that, you have to pay to buy booster packs. you can't trade cards you get in your 'starter pack'. There's only three AI practice opponents, and no real storyline or 'campaign', just a ladder, so you basically buy booster packs, fight people, and repeat. This game seems fun, but not being able to advance for free, and just getting owned by people who've paid just ends up leaving me feeling like this game is just a major money sink. Basically, unless you want to pay for online cards, don't bother learning the rules.
