400 billion years in the future, human civilization has reached new depths of stupidity. On bleak worlds dotted with tract housing and burger joints, radioactive hippies are ground into mush by horrific war machines, each more ridiculous than the last. The planetary rulers rain nuclear fire on the land in their unending quests for more money, more territory, and sillier titles, but only one can be the exalted Galactic Overlord . . .


Players opportunistically grab territory and bilk their populace for cheeseburgers in order to gain silly titles and build ICBMS to fire at everyone else on the world map.
There are a host of technological advancements and map-building strategies available in the quest to become the Galactic Overlord.

Game Universe

WMD Tank Battle is set in a nearby galaxy 400 Billion years in the future. On various planets covered with Burger Joints, hippies are ground into radioactive goo by horrific war machines each more ridiculous than the last as the planetary overlords rain nuclear fire on the land.

Game Goals

My goal for the game is to get 100000 active players, then change the rules and make myself the Galactic Overlord in order to validate my pathetic insecurities.

Development

I always played a lot of games and had ideas to build one too. WMD Tank Battle is a hobby project I built to learn AJAX.

Developer's story

The writing of Boethius drove me to create a means of giving the internet more of a sense of theology and geometry.
