    Torn city used to be a very fun game back when there was no such thing as peaceful factions. Now, the top factions have no more targets and the lower ones die right away. Basically, all there is to do now is do crimes and train. About as much as watching paint dry... The only hope is that updates add the enjoyment back to the faction system, although given the developers' track record with updates, they'll end up making the game worse.
