Alright..here we go..big list of stuff. You can buy blueprints(15 premium tickets) and reputation points(20 premium tickets) from the Premium Item Management page at the System section.
You no longer gain 4 free premium tickets each day. The maximum is 2.
Car Rarity has changed dramatically
Basically the new car rarity rules are :
Cars over the current year and under 1 million dollars are CONCEPT.
Cars within the last 4 years and under 200K are PRODUCTION.
Cars within the last 40 years and under 200K are UNIQUE.
Cars within the last 40 years and between 200k and 1 Million are TUNER.
Cars within the last 40 Years are over 1 Million Dollars and under 1.85 Million are considered RACE.
EVERYTHING else is considered SECRET class.
This will dramatically add a lot more production class cars to brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini(cars that had previously been unique or higher/tuner or higher will probably drop to production.)

Panther is now United Kingdom.
Porsche 944 Turbo is now FR.
Caterham Super 7 JPE is now a measely 572KG. This will greatly improve this car's class.
Schuppan removed from manufacturer list.
Ferrari F430 Challnge weight/price change
1981 Alfa Romeo GTV6 weight/hp/torque/rpm changed.
1988 BMW M3, buncha changes
BMW M1 drivetrain, weight.
1930 BMW Wartburg FR
1985 BMW M 635 CSI and 1973 BMW 3.0 CSL buncha changes.

5/8/08 - Players will not be able to win cars from prize races except once every 24 hours. You can STILL enter them..and win..but you won't get the car.

4/07/08 - Breaking News : You can now select your player type in regards to resets. Some of you don't care about winning ladder and just want to play the game without the interruptions of resets. For you, there is the yellow flag player. For those of you who want to continue participating in ladder and don't mind the resets, you can choose a green-flag account. To select an account, click on the prompt from the login screen or a variety of actions may also prompt you(for instance, try accessing the offers screen.)
Players who do not choose by the seasonal reset are automatically affected by the reset so make sure to choose by then.-Josh
