Zedwars is the Best free RPG on the web. Zedwars was made by gamers for gamers. The development teams number one goal is to make Zedwars the most enjoyable text based game out there. The players opinions are highly valued. All those who would like to make suggestions for game improvements can do so, on the games suggestion board. The development team has been implementing many player suggested updates in game. The development team and staff team of Zedwars are highly approachable. If you ever have a problem you are more than welcome to contact any staff member. You will receive a prompt reply.
Zedwars has an international community with a diverse range of players. To play Zedwars you need to be at least 13. The only language supported on Zedwars is English. There are active forums, and a live chat. You can come into chat and get to know other players on a more personal level.
New Players can post on the new players help board if they have any game related questions. There is also a zedwars wiki. Zedwars Wiki Link You'll find that both the players and the staff are more than willing to answer your questions. Gangs also like to take new players under their wings and show them the ropes.
It's been years since the zombie outbreaks first began. All around the world society crumbled and fell apart. Infrastructure and government were one of the first things to go. Those lucky few that were prepared for the zombie apocalypse managed to make it off the mainland alive. Using their survival and scavenging skills they piled into boats and cargo ships and looked for a safe haven. Everywhere the Zed travelers went they saw devastation and chaos. After months at sea the zeds were starting to get desperate. They started running low on food and supplies. When the rains began many were thankful for the fresh clean water. With each passing hour the rain and the wind intensified until there was a full fledged hurricane. Many of the salvaged ships did not make it to their final destination. Those lucky few that survived washed up on Zedwars Island. These die hard Zeds fortified the city and made a safe haven for all those seeking shelter from the zombie hordes.
Much has changed recently on the Island of Zedwars. There are new places, new items, new foods, new Npcs, new clubs, and even a QUEST. Those who take up the Mysterious Man in the Shadows Quest challenge will unlock a second Island. Those brave Zeds who finish the quest are rewarded with a level-able quest weapon. There is so much to do now, that you might not even know what to do with your E (energy.) You can go swimming at the beach, explore the abandoned factory, and search for items to trade to the Black Market Witch. You never know where you'll find the witch. There are also some shocking surprises on the Second Island. The Mysterious Man will only approach a zed about his quest challenge if you are at least level 25.
Zeds are Z day survivors. Those sturdy individuals that have survived the Zombie Apocalypse have made Zedwars their home. Zeds can become scavengers, fighters or hybrids. Fighters and hybrids battle other players (Zeds), and defeat zombie Npcs. You can join a gang and make new friends. Gangs can also help you obtain weapons and armor. If you are in a gang and you have decent stats you can join the gangs war chamber and battle other gangs. You can also gain gang experience by defeating zeds from rival gangs. Gangs also have incentive programs, and active boards.
Scavengers search the abandoned wreckage of the suburbs for cash. When the zombie attacks first began many were turned into zombies or perished in the chaotic aftermath. The suburbs is a great place to find random rewards, diet Jolts, and cash. Scavengers are also a valuable asset to a gang. They help provide the funds for gang upgrades, and the funds to purchase weapons and armor. There is a NEW scavenger only club. It's a secret club just for scavengers. Those scavengers that have joined the club have many terrifying wonders to behold.
Every reset you can also go diving to search for food, cash, pearls, and loot in the sea. What your pearls are worth is determined by your intelligence and your level. Diving is a great way to make some extra game cash. Pearls are even more valuable now that the Black Market Witch is around.
On Zedwars Island there is also a boat racing course. You can race your boat against other racers and see who is really the fastest zed around. Each time you win a race you receive tokens. These tokens can be redeemed for energy, sold at the crossroads mall, or used to buy boat upgrades. The better you place in the races, the faster you can move up in racing class. Each time you move up in racing class you can get a new sponsor. Sponsors pay you tokens each day for racing. Also as you class up the competition gets tougher.
You can also buy a pet from the pet shop. Some of the dogs are a little mangy, but that's to be expected. If you feel you'd like some furry companionship you can train your dog to be a fighting dog or a scavenging dog. Fighting dog trainers train fighting stats, scavenging dog trainers train their dogs intelligence. When your dog is equipped they help you in battle against other zeds. When you scavenge in the suburbs if you have a smart dog you find more cash.
Zeds need to keep a watchful eye for Zombies. The Island Guards try to keep the city free of zombies, but zombies are worse than any pest you can think of. The only treatment for a zombie bite is a shot in the head. If at anytime you are bitten please bring it to the attention of the Island Guards. Those that do not report bites will have bounties put on their head.

The staff here are little gurls who get their panties in a twist at the slightest hint of criticism.
Don't waste your time or money on zedwars, it'll be completely dead within a year thanks to the fail staff.

For those that read other people's comments before the description of the game. It's TLDR and guaranteed 99% lies, don't bother with this "game".

The best game ever made, You guys are leaving negative comments because you got yourself banned for breaking rules, now you have it set out to destroy. This game is all the way fun. Play it and find that out for yourself.
And the game has already been around for three years, so there goes your staff theory because that is what staff does, make sure rules are followed. You're negative response is because you're a rule breaker. Get a life Assholes.
