Notorious Dons 2.0 September 6th Maintenance


I will be working on the new database structure so access to the test site will be down today, September 6, 2010, at random times. Since Notorious Dons is moving to a brand new database to do the reset and saving all of the current live information in the old database, I am having to do periodic maintenance to make sure the database structure of the new database matches.

I know I could copy the structure over, but there are tables I am consolidating or removing entirely in the new database. This also helps keep the testing environment equivalent to the live so confusion won't happen as soon as the reset happens.

My apologies for this inconvenience. Notorious Dons 2.0 won't be down all day, just periodically. Just so everyone is sure, this is the test site for 2.0, not the live site. Only testers and staff will be affected. The current round will continue as usual with no interruption.

Remember, you can still sign up to be a tester on the game forum. I am still randomly selecting players of my choosing for this task.
