Modern Conflict New attack system update.
We've made a few modifications to the attacking system, missions and exploiting; the changes will go into effect at 1:00 AM EST September 25th, 2009. The new modifications are as follows.
- When attacking there will now be three different types of attacks to choose from:
- Theft: This type of attack focuses on stealing cash from the enemy.A theft attack will cause minimum damage and gain minimal EXP
- Power: A power attack will focus on gaining experience from attacking the enemy. This type of attack will cause minimum damage and steal minimal cash.
- Damage: A damage attack focuses on just that, damaging the other player.Damage attacks net very little EXP and cash stolen but do considerably more damage.
- The theft and power attack types will not cause retaliation against you.
- The damage attack type will allow for retaliation against you just as it does now.
- Players will still be limited to 75 attacks each (all three attack types combined) against any one person with the exception of retaliation.
- In addition, the rate at which experience is lost whenrepeatedlyattacking a player has been considerably improved for all 3 attack types.
- When attacking another player and losing your tools and armor will take on damage as well, if you do not have enough weapons and vehicles to take the damage.
- The amount of cash gained from exploiting has been increased.
- The amount of cash rewarded for missions has also been increased.
- We will also be removing the Surveys for turns option as well.
Thanks! enjoy.
