MagicDuel Wish feature now available


Wishpoints Feature

We proudly announce a major feature release in MagicDuel Adventure. This feature is one step towards making the game more fluid between fixed ways of getting stats and human decision controlled achievements. WishPoints were distributed for quite some time in the realm but the WishShop where players can trade their achieved points for extra features was not released until today. Read below what this Wish feature is and what it represents for MD. Be aware the MD world is quite different from anything you are used with and these are different gameplay concepts we are talking about.





What are Wishpoints?

Wishpoints are a unique concept in MD. Players get such points from senior community members that setup quests and missions for other player to play. Aquiring a wish point is not at al easy and most players don't have one, but once you manage to get a WP you will be able to exchange it for different rare features and benefits, features that will enhance your character and make it even more unique.



How does this change the game?

Normal features and stats achievable by constant efforts such as fighting / grinding , are a boring and constant way to improve your character. Quests setup by other players are things that constantly change, beeing a constant source of fresh entertainment. By enhancing their character with personal papers, abilities, tags, medals and such, players slowly become more capable of rewarding others and setting up their own quests for others to solve.



Who organises Quests?

Anyone can do quests, depending on what rewards he can put up. Rewards can be anything from ingame diplomatic relations (membership in an alliance for example) to aged creatures (creatures can be traded). There is a special group of people called RPC in MagicDuel, that controlls the flow of the major rewards. These players can share their rewarding capabilities with other non-RPC characters and grant rewards for their quests and support them. RPC is a role very similar to game masters only that each RPC has its own personality and goals, they are not moderators.
